Theory Event comes to All State 2023!

A brand new event has been added to All State Festival offerings in 2023! From the Musicianship Section of the NFMC Festivals Bulletin, the Theory Event has been adapted for this competition by NFMC Theory Coordinator Heather Rathnau. We are beyond excited to now offer All State Plaques and All State ribbon awards to students participating in the Theory Event!
