Twenty-two judges have completed comments and assigned ratings for 1,324 student performances in the 2022 TFMC All State Festival. A team of seven reviewers ensured that entries were in compliance with TFMC Festival guidelines, that uploaded PDFs were proper, and that complete performance videos were easily accessible for viewing by our judges. 149 teachers registered qualifying students who submitted video performances in piano, strings, vocal, and instrumental events! Nineteen (19!) students won All State Monetary Awards totaling $4,500! WOW! What a festival!
In the days to come, All State Certificates will be prepped and sent to the printer, awards will be pulled together by teacher and packed for distribution to district festival chairs, and news about our All State Monetary Award Winners will be collected for publication to the website and in TFMC's quarterly e-newsletter, the Lone Star Musical Messenger.
